Discovery Week

## Know exactly where AI pays off before you build a thing.

The Discovery Week produces a detailed execution plan you keep — and the fee is credited toward your project. It starts with a free assessment call to see if it’s a fit.

How it works

## Three steps. You’re only committing to the first one today.

You’re here

### 1. Assessment call

Free · ~30 min on Zoom

We learn your business and goals and decide together whether a Discovery Week is worth doing. No cost, no obligation. This is the only step you’re booking today.

### 2. Discovery Week

Paid · credited to your project

A focused week mapping where AI actually pays off for you. The fee is credited toward the project that follows, and the week is required — we don’t start a build without it.

### 3. Project

Scoped from the plan

We build against the execution plan from the week, with a fixed quote you already trust because you watched it come together.

Discovery Week

## Start with a free assessment call.

Tell us a little about your business. We reply within one business day to schedule a short Zoom call — no commitment to the paid week yet.

## What you keep: a detailed execution plan

The week’s artifact is a plan you own and can act on — even if you never work with us again.

- A prioritized shortlist of where AI saves time or makes money — and where it doesn’t
- A fixed quote and scope for the first build
- The data, access, and integration realities, surfaced before you commit
- A clear sequence: what to build first, and what to leave alone

- What the week involves

Working sessions with you and your team, a look at your real tools and data, and hands-on evaluation of the highest-leverage opportunities.

- The fee credits forward

The Discovery Week is paid, and the fee is credited toward your project. If you continue, you’re not paying twice.

- Who runs it

The same person who builds your project runs the week — not a sales team who hands you off afterwards.

Questions

## The honest answers.

**Why is the Discovery Week paid?**

Because it produces real work: a detailed execution plan you keep whether or not you continue. A paid week also means we both take the scoping seriously instead of guessing. The fee is credited toward your project, so if you go ahead it costs you nothing extra.

**Why is it mandatory?**

We don’t start a build without it. Skipping discovery is how AI projects quietly fail — wrong problem, missing data, unrealistic scope. The week is rigor, not a hurdle: it’s how we give you a fixed quote we can stand behind.

**How long does it take, and what do I commit to now?**

Right now you’re only booking a free ~30-minute Zoom assessment call. If a Discovery Week makes sense, it runs across one focused week. You decide to proceed after the call, not before.

**What does the execution plan actually cover?**

A prioritized shortlist of AI opportunities ranked by payoff, a fixed quote and scope for the first build, the data and integration realities involved, and a clear build-first sequence. It’s yours to keep and act on, even if you take it elsewhere.

**What happens to our data and IP?**

You own everything produced for you, including the execution plan. We don’t train models on your data, and sensitive work can be kept on infrastructure you control. We’ll cover the specifics on the call.

**What if we already have a technical team?**

Great — the week is built to work with them, not around them. We map what’s worth doing and how it fits your stack, and your team can run the build with us advising, or hand it to us. The plan is useful either way.
