Build AI Services Customers and Teams Actually Trust.

Fullermotion helps product, commerce, and operations teams move past isolated AI demos into useful workflows that hold up in production.

The work usually starts with one sharp question: where can AI remove friction without creating new risk? From there, we design the experience, wire the data, build the quality loops, and ship the smallest version that can prove its value.

Service areas

Approach

  1. Step 1

    Map the System

Find the highest-leverage workflows, data sources, risks, and success metrics before a model enters the room.

  2. Step 2

    Ship the Spike

Put one useful AI surface behind a flag, wired to observability, feedback, and a human fallback.

  3. Step 3

    Scale What Holds

Turn the winning pattern into reusable components, prompts, evals, and operating habits.

Practical AI for businesses your size

Enterprise-grade capability, sized and priced for you.

Most AI consulting is built for companies with data teams, compliance departments, and six-figure budgets. We take the same capabilities the large firms sell and deliver them at a scale that fits a 1-person shop or a 100-person company — without the enterprise overhead.

We work in short, fixed-scope engagements. You see something working in weeks, not quarters, and you own everything we build.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

    1 week · fixed fee

We map where AI actually saves you time or makes you money — and where it does not. You leave with a prioritized shortlist and a flat quote for the first build. No obligation to continue.

  2. Step 2

    Pilot

    2–4 weeks

We build one working thing, narrow and real, against your actual data or workflow. You use it. We measure whether it helped.

  3. Step 3

    Roll out & support

    Month-to-month

If the pilot earns its keep, we expand it, connect it to more of your systems, and keep it running. Cancel anytime. You own the code, prompts, accounts, and data.

The four service families

The same four capabilities the large firms sell.

Generative AI, AI agents, data work, and trust controls — delivered on the web, on mobile, and inside the software you already run.

  • Generative AI

    Content & Conversation

AI that writes, drafts, summarizes, and answers — tuned to your voice and your information rather than the open internet.

    • A website assistant that answers real customer questions from your own pricing, policies, and FAQs, and routes the ones it can't.
    • Draft generation for what you produce constantly: product copy, proposals, follow-up emails, social posts. You approve — it never auto-publishes.
    • A private “ask my documents” tool over contracts, manuals, SOPs, and past projects, instead of digging through folders.

Scaled down: no custom model training. We layer your content on top of established hosted models — faster, cheaper, and good enough for almost every SMB use case.

  • Agentic AI

    Workflow Automation

AI that does multi-step work on its own — reading, deciding, and taking the next action, with you in control of where it's allowed to act.

    • Inbox and lead triage: messages get read, categorized, drafted for reply, and routed to the right person or calendar.
    • Quote and intake handling: a customer fills a form, the assistant gathers details, asks follow-ups, and assembles a draft for your review.
    • Back-office cleanup: matching invoices, reconciling lists, moving data between two tools that don't talk to each other.

We start every automation in “suggest, don't send” mode. Money movement, deletions, and anything irreversible always stay manual.

  • Data Services

    Data Readiness

The unglamorous first step that makes everything else possible: your information is scattered across a CRM, a spreadsheet, an inbox, and someone's head — and none of it is clean enough for AI to use.

    • Pulling your data into one place and cleaning it so it's usable — customer records, inventory, bookings, or job history.
    • Connecting tools you already pay for so they share data instead of forcing double entry.
    • Light reporting and dashboards so you can actually see what the data says.

We'll tell you honestly when you need this and when you don't.

  • AI Governance, right-sized

    Trust & Data Safety

You almost certainly don't need “EU AI Act readiness.” You do need confidence that adding AI won't leak customer information, embarrass you, or create legal exposure.

    • Your data stays yours. We use providers and settings that don't train on your information, and document exactly what goes where.
    • Guardrails so customer-facing AI stays on-topic, on-brand, and refuses what it shouldn't answer.
    • A plain-English summary of what the AI can and can't do, what data it touches, and how to turn it off.

Included in every engagement, not sold separately. It's table stakes, not an upsell.

Where we deliver it

Three surfaces. Most clients combine them.

  • Your web presence

    Create new

A new site or landing presence with AI built in from day one — an assistant that answers and converts, fast content, smart lead capture.

    Enhance existing

Add an assistant, smart search, or content tooling to the site you already have, without a rebuild. Often the fastest, cheapest way to show value.

  • Mobile applications

    Create new

A focused mobile app where the AI is the point — a field assistant, a customer self-service app, an internal tool for staff on the floor or the road.

    Enhance existing

Drop AI features into an app you already ship: in-app support, smart forms, voice-to-text capture, personalized content.

  • On-prem & internal apps

    Create new

We add AI as a connected layer beside your line-of-business software rather than replacing it, so what already works keeps working.

    Enhance existing

For data that can't leave the building, we run smaller models locally or in your private cloud. Document search, automated data entry, and reporting are the highest-return starting points.

Keeping sensitive data private

You don't have to choose between using AI and protecting your data.

The question is simply how far the data needs to stay from the outside world — and the right answer is usually cheaper and simpler than “build your own data center.” We place each workflow at the lowest level that satisfies its risk.

  1. Level 1

    No-train cloud

Top-tier hosted AI on business terms: the provider contractually doesn't train on your data, doesn't retain your prompts, and signs a DPA. Enough for most SMBs, with the strongest models at the lowest cost.

  2. Level 2

    Private cloud

The model runs inside your own cloud account, isolated from the public internet, so your data never touches a shared service. More control, still no hardware to buy — a good fit for a compliance obligation or a nervous customer.

  3. Level 3

    Fully local & on-prem

The model runs on a machine in your office and your data physically never leaves the building. The right answer for genuinely sensitive records or air-gapped environments. Costs more in hardware; models trail the cloud frontier — we recommend it only when the data demands it.

Top local models for SMBs

When you do go local, these are the models we reach for — all open-weight, runnable on a single business workstation or modest server, and licensed for commercial use. (As of mid-2026.)

  1. 1

    Qwen 3.6

    the default pick

The best all-round capability on consumer hardware right now, under the permissive Apache 2.0 license. The mid-size version runs on a single 24GB GPU and handles document Q&A, drafting, and most business reasoning well.

  2. 2

    Llama 4 Scout

    the ecosystem pick

The widest tool support, the most tutorials and integrations — which keeps your build maintainable and not dependent on us. A very large context window suits work over long documents and records.

  3. 3

    Mistral Small 4

    the lightweight pick

A European-built, Apache 2.0 model that does a lot with little — best quality for the smallest footprint, running on roughly 14GB of VRAM. Our pick when budget or hardware is tight, or a European data origin matters.

For very small or older hardware, a compact model such as Phi-4-mini runs on an ordinary laptop with 8GB of RAM — less capable, but a fine way to prove the concept before investing in a proper machine.

How we keep it private in practice

  • Your documents stay put

Retrieval looks up answers from your files at the moment of asking, so your knowledge base lives in your storage — never baked into a third party's system.

  • Strip before you send

When a workflow does use the cloud, we automatically remove names, account numbers, and identifiers first — so the AI sees the shape of the problem without the sensitive details.

  • Hybrid by design

Sensitive steps run on the local model while routine steps use the cloud — frontier quality where it's safe, full privacy where it's not.

  • Lock the doors

Network isolation, access controls, and a plain log of what the AI touched, so you can show exactly what happened with whose data.

  • You can switch it off

Everything is built so a single change cuts AI out entirely without breaking your core business software.

From design to working software, fast

The design becomes the build instructions.

We design in Figma and connect it directly to our AI development tools, so the AI reads the real structure of the design — layout, spacing, text styles, components — and generates code that matches it on the first pass, already consistent with your brand.

You see it sooner

A clickable, real version of your site or app appears in days, not after a long invisible build. You react to something real, we adjust, and design and code stay in sync the whole way.

Changes are cheaper

Because the design drives the code, a change to the design flows into the build instead of triggering a manual rebuild. Revisions that used to be expensive become routine.

Substance is still engineered

The AI handles the visual layer and repetitive scaffolding fast. The parts that carry risk — your data, integrations, business logic, security — are designed and reviewed by a person.

Honestly: this is an accelerator, not a vending machine. AI-generated code from a design gets us to a strong, accurate starting point and removes the dull rebuild work — but it still needs real engineering for the back end, testing, and anything sensitive. What it buys you is speed and fidelity on the front half of the project, where most SMB budgets and timelines get eaten. We pass that saving on as faster delivery and lower cost.

Packages for where you are

From solo operators to mid-size SMBs.

These are starting points, not rigid boxes.

  • Spark

    Solopreneurs & small teams

For owners who want one high-leverage AI win without a project.

    • Discovery plus one pilot from any service family.
    • Typically a website assistant, a content workflow, or a single automation.
    • Hosted, low-maintenance, fast to launch.

Best when: You wear every hat and want hours back.

  • Build

    Established SMBs with systems

For businesses with existing software that want AI woven into how they already operate.

    • Discovery, then two to three connected pilots across web, mobile, or internal tools.
    • Data readiness work where needed to make it all function.
    • Ongoing support and iteration.

Best when: You have real workflows and real data, and the value is in connecting them.

  • Custom

    The in-between & the ambitious

Scoped to you when neither package fits — on-prem and private-cloud builds, multi-system automation, or a phased program.

    • On-prem and private-cloud builds.
    • Multi-system automation across your tools.
    • Priced per engagement after discovery.

Best when: Neither package fits and you want it shaped around you.

How we price

Small and fixed, by design.

AI projects are easy to over-scope, so we keep them small and fixed. And we'll tell you when AI is not the answer — a good automation or a clean dataset often beats a flashy assistant.

Discovery is a flat fee
The only commitment to start.
Pilots are fixed-price
Quoted once we know the scope, so there's no open-ended meter running.
Support is predictable
Monthly amounts you can plan around. Per-use model-provider fees are passed through transparently — small for most SMB workloads.

Where to start

The lowest-risk move is a Discovery week.

You get a prioritized shortlist of where AI actually pays off in your business and a flat quote for the first build — with no obligation to continue.
