Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions describe how you may use the Fullermotion LLC website and how we present our services online. Separate proposals, statements of work, service agreements, order forms, or written contracts may apply to client projects. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fullermotion.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the website after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. About Our Website and Services

Fullermotion LLC provides digital strategy, website development, UX/UI design, AI integration, e-commerce, SEO, accessibility, and enterprise CMS services. Information on this website is provided for general business and marketing purposes and does not create a client relationship by itself.

3. Project Agreements

Client work is governed by the written agreement, proposal, or statement of work accepted for that project. Project-specific terms may address scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, support, licensing, hosting, cancellation, and other service details.

4. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by Fullermotion LLC or used with permission. 5. Client Materials and Responsibilities

If you provide content, data, assets, credentials, or access to systems for a project, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide those materials. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving final content, claims, product information, pricing, legal notices, and other business information before publication.

6. AI-Assisted Services

Some Fullermotion services may include AI-assisted research, drafting, analysis, automation, prototyping, content operations, or workflow support. AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific use without human review. We use AI as a tool within a professional workflow, and clients should review and approve AI-assisted materials before relying on or publishing them.

You may not use the website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person or organization, violate the rights of others, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our website and services may reference or integrate third-party platforms, including hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, CMS platforms, commerce systems, AI tools, and other software services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, uptime, security practices, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party websites or platforms that we do not control.

9. Payments and Billing

Fees, payment schedules, retainers, deposits, expenses, subscription costs, and cancellation terms for client work are handled in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, third-party software, hosting, licensing, and platform fees are the client's responsibility.
